I make things that ask you to slow down and look — in films, brands, presence. The through-line is attention: how it moves, where it gets stuck, what it costs.
What I do
Story
Documentary-rooted film and photography, and the brand work built around it. Witness-grade — I’d rather show you the thing than explain it.
Systems
Creative and business operations — workflow, SOPs, cadence, AI enablement. The part that keeps output sustainable instead of a scramble after I leave the room.
Stillness
I’m a licensed respiratory therapist. I’ve managed breath clinically when it fails, and I teach embodied attention to people who live in their heads.
Attention
The things that keep returning
01
Biomechanics and how the body organizes itself
02
Slow living, and what a place is actually held up by
03
Cameras as instruments of noticing rather than capture
04
Building small systems that keep me honest
Newsletter
Bits + Pieces
A weekly essay on noticing. Not a niche — attention is the lens, not the topic. No pitch at the end.
